FAQ
Everything you need to know before you order.
Where Can I Use A Tour Caddy?
Tour Caddy was designed primarily to level up the experience of a driving range. Say goodbye to those cheap green baskets and expensive wooden crates. Tour Caddy is both aesthetically excellent and functional...just like it should be!
Beyond the range, Tour Caddy can be used in simulator spaces, chipping facilities, putting greens, backyards, in your office, and much more.
Are Tour Caddies Weather Resistant?
Tour Caddy is water resistant and built to live outdoors. Genuine leather, sealed construction, and components tested in heat, cold and heavy rain — we have run a hose over one and it kept working.
It is water resistant rather than waterproof, so do not submerge it.
What's The Battery Life & How Do I Charge It?
Your Tour Caddy runs for roughly 2 months on a single charge. That varies with how much you practice — heavy daily use will shorten it, a few range sessions a week will stretch it further.
Bags from the current production run charge with any standard USB-C to USB-C cable — the same kind you already use for a phone or laptop. We don't include a cable in the box.
Own one of our first-run bags? Those units charge from a USB-A power source using a USB-A to USB-C cable. If yours will not charge from a USB-C wall plug, that is why — it is not a fault with your bag. Email team@tourcaddy.co and we will send you the correct cable free of charge.
How Many Golf Balls Can It Hold?
A Tour Caddy can hold 75 golf balls comfortably. If you want to stack the balls up you can get close to 100!
